I used to live in an apartment in Daejeon.

Now, I live in a studio apartment in Seoul.

One reason is (that) housing prices in Seoul are very high.

I prefer paying monthly rent because it feels safer.

I live in a very nice neighborhood.

Gangnam Station is close to my place, so I can get to many places easily.

There are many restaurants, cafes, and stores within walking distance.

There is also a large park where I can take a walk.

The biggest advantage is (that) the subway station is very close.

In addition, the area is safe.

That's why I'm satisfied with my neighborhood.
